How to Pay

What payment methods do we accept ?
At the moment we accept only payments by bank transfer.

Why don’t we accept payments by card ?
I am going to be honest here and explain to all customers why we don’t accept payment by card. The only reason is that there is no payment processing company that supports pharmacy websites so our only option left is by bank transfer. We also like the option to pay by card since its easier for customer and better for us as well but unfortunately that is not possible. 99% of websites who sell these medication use payments by bank transfers or bitcoin.

Is it safe if I pay by bank transfer?
We have customer who tell us that i feel safer if we pay by card because the bank protect us, we have to disagree with that because you can get scammed no matter which method of payment you use. In the end its all about the trust and customer support.
Our Buy Protection Policy is applied on both payment methods.

What is Buyer Protection Policy ?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive.

  • The item you received was not as described.

  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

If you don’t get the order or if something is wrong with your order you can contact us via phone, email, online chat 24/7 on our website.
We will refund your money back or send a replacement.

We do this because we have only happy customer, we try to make all our costumers happy  even if we have to lose money. Having a negative review from customer can ruin our reputation that’s why we try to make all customer happy and so far we don’t have any negative reviews. That’s why making a customer happy is our priority.
